PERKS

Attire:   Be comfortable at the office and on the factory floor. Jeans, shorts, polo shirts, and baseball caps are all in fashion.

Factory Floor Hours: Enjoy working four ten-hour days Monday through Thursday for the vast majority of factory positions. Parts Department hours are eight-hour days Monday through Friday. 

Summer Hours (Non factory): You can elect to work a modified schedule every other week so the weekend starts around noon every other Friday.

Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead and expand Washworld’s customer experience functions. In Phase 1, you will own the technical support journey, building systems, standards, and team excellence that ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and wowed. In Phase 2, you will expand into the parts sales journey, designing processes and online experiences that make ordering simple, seamless, and satisfying.
